This came highly recommended by a friend from work. I was not disappointed. Had the brisket plate with potato salad, coleslaw and sweet tea. The brisket was cooked perfectly, great smoke ring and just the right amount of tug. I could tell the coleslaw was made fresh as it was still crunchy. The sweet tea is refreshing and goes well with the meat. When I come back to Tennessee I will come here again.
